    What is it that I want to put out into the world?

    What do I want to give as free content that's going to support my audience in getting a massive result?

    Think of a result that will help them where they are to realize that they need your products, your services, and your programs.

    3. Visual

    So you can take a video, transcribe it, and then you can have a physical version of it. And then you can use that transcription to create blog posts and social media posts. You can use the audio from the video and make a podcast.

    So just think about what are the different things that you can create and then repurpose in multiple ways. Now just like you can take a video and you can turn it into an audio and then also a written format. You can do the same thing with the written format. And if you don't like being on video, that's totally fine.

    You can have somebody who is basically the spokesperson for your business, get on video and do that. Or even do them as a video sales letter. A video sales letter is where you're not actually on camera, you're just doing the audio with a slide deck so you can take written format and then turn it into audio and video as well.

    What's the easiest thing for you to create?

    For me, it's video.

    I cannot take the time to write all of this stuff out. It would take me probably four or five hours just to do this one blog post. For me to write the whole thing out and to think about it gives me a lot of overwhelm.

    Or I can just share my content in a video, get it transcribed and then edited by my wife. Who is incredible by the way.

    I know a ton of people who are amazing on webinars but will not for the life of them get on video

    Think about what's your genius in terms of creating new content. Would you prefer to create it on video? Would you prefer to create it as an audio or would you prefer to create it as text? And then how can you repurpose that same content or have somebody on your team take care of that for you.
